The XBD-L vertical single-stage fire pump (vertical single-stage fire pump set) series is a new generation of pipeline fire pump set designed and developed by our company based on the new fire pump standards and the mandatory certification requirements for fire protection products. The performance and technical conditions meet the requirements of the national standard GB6245 "Fire Pump".
Performance and advantages
The pump body is directly connected to the motor and has a compact structure; the pump body is equipped with reinforced ribs and has a beautiful appearance.
The CFD hydraulic model is used to optimize the design. Through model optimization design and pump dynamic characteristics analysis methods, the pump efficiency is effectively improved and the operating range of the pump is broadened. The castings are molded using resin sand, and the molds for the flow-passing parts are CNC molded to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the parts.
Use FEM to optimize the design of the main structural parts of the product, and review the structural design rationality and load resistance requirements of the parts.
A high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is selected. The efficiency index complies with the energy efficiency standard insulation grade F of the national standard GB 18613 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Levels of Small and Medium-sized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors".
